Councils
Badgers Mount is a Ward of
Shoreham
Parish Council, under
Sevenoaks District Council.
Badgers Mount has 3 councillors on Shoreham Parish Council, which normally holds
two meetings each month.
Some of their
meetings are held in the Memorial Hall. The Parish Council has a notice board on
the Orpington Bypass, opposite Badgers Road, which includes a map of the whole Parish.
Refuse collections
Normal collection days are:
Tuesday for Badgers Rise, Christies Avenue, Crest Close, Old London Road,
Orpington Bypass, Sandersons Avenue and Woodlands View.
Friday for Badgers Road, Highland Road, Johnsons Avenue and Milton
Avenue.
There is also a garden waste collection on alternate Tuesdays
and Fridays (as above).
Collections following a Bank Holiday are normally a day late, but this may
differ, particularly over Christmas and the New Year.
Collection times can be variable, so SDC recommend that bags should be left out
by 7am.

402 bus runs between Bromley and Tunbridge Wells, along Old London Road
with stops near the Roundabout and near Badgers Rise and the footpath linking to
